Prior to joining Torys, Nathan was a Regulatory Planning Officer at the Natural Products Marketing Council, which is an administrative and adjudicative agency of the Nova Scotia provincial government.

Nathan volunteers as a board member on the Colchester-East Hants Regional Library Board.
