Rosalie’s practice focuses on providing practical and strategic support to clients on privacy, cybersecurity, data governance and consumer law. She regularly advises clients on privacy law compliance and data governance in the context of their day-to-day operations, new initiatives and commercial transactions, as well as on data breach preparedness and response. Rosalie has represented clients in multiple multijurisdictional class actions relating to privacy, price-fixing allegations and consumer complaints, as well as in the context of civil litigation. Rosalie also has experience advising clients on a variety of regulatory and intellectual property law matters, including related to trademarks, patents and copyright.
