Craig’s practice focuses on commercial disputes and investigations, particularly in securities and employment matters.
Craig’s litigation practice includes representing corporations in both single-plaintiff and class action disputes involving: alleged investor losses, primary and secondary market misrepresentations, employee misclassifications, and breaches of contract. He has appeared as counsel before the Supreme Court of Canada, the Ontario Court of Appeal, the Supreme Court of British Columbia, the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and the Commercial List, a specialty commercial court.
Craig also has experience conducting and responding to internal and regulatory investigations related to matters including alleged compliance issues, workplace misconduct, and breaches of confidentiality.

Craig has completed client secondments with the Bank of Nova Scotia and Weston Foods. Prior to joining Torys, Craig spent a summer working in the legal department of TD Bank Group.
Craig is a member of the Canadian Bar Association and the Advocates Society.
Craig has volunteered with the Laws in Action Within Schools (LAWS) program, a high school program that uses legal education as a tool to assist students to succeed in school and become engaged and active citizens.
In law school, Craig volunteered with Western Law’s Dispute Resolution Centre where he received a certification as a community mediator and successfully mediated disputes between members of the greater London community.
