Vanessa practices corporate law with a focus on private equity and investment funds.

Prior to joining the corporate team, Vanessa's practice focused on all areas of income tax law in the domestic and international setting, including private equity transactions, mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, public debt and equity offerings, structured note products, and charity and not-for-profit taxation. Vanessa also regularly advised on sales and use tax, goods and services tax and harmonized sales tax.
