Steven’s practice focuses on corporate law with an emphasis on real estate transaction. He has experience advising a broad range of clients (developers, pension funds, private equity funds, lenders and other investors) with transactions involving buying, selling, leasing, financing, joint ventures and development of commercial real estate.
