Jacky’s practice focuses on tax disputes and litigation. He has experience with a wide variety of income tax and GST/HST matters. Jacky has assisted with litigation proceedings in the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, Tax Court of Canada, the Federal Court of Canada, and the Federal Court of Appeal.
