Claire’s practice focuses on corporate law, with an emphasis on private equity investments and M&A. She has experience acting for targets and acquirors in domestic and cross-border investments, acquisitions and divestitures, and has represented some of Canada’s largest private equity firms and financial institutions on a wide range of investment activities.
