Partner and co-leader of Torys’ Intellectual Property and Food and Drug Regulatory practices Teresa Reguly will speak at the 13th Annual Summit for Women Leaders in Life Sciences Law taking place July 29-30 in Boston, Massachusetts. The summit will bring together women leaders from across the life sciences industry to explore key legal, regulatory, compliance and leadership issues affecting biotechnology, pharmaceutical and medical device companies.
Teresa will speak on the panel “MFN Drug Pricing and the Future of Global Pharmaceutical Markets: Understanding the Implications for Pricing, Access, and Innovation” on July 30 at 11:00 a.m. The panel will examine the potential impact of Most Favored Nation (MFN) drug pricing policies on global pharmaceutical pricing, market access, investment in innovation and regulatory strategy for life sciences companies operating across international markets.
