Partner Andrew Shaughnessy will speak at the AIPPI’s A Trilateral IP Cup event taking place March 5-6 in Mexico City. The discussion will focus on patent-regulatory linkage systems, Orange Book-style frameworks, prosecution approaches and the downstream implications for litigation.
