2024 Advocis Banff School

Partner Molly Reynolds will speak at the 2024 Advocis Banff School in Banff, Alberta from August 18 to 22. In its 68^th year, this event convenes financial services professionals and leaders from across Canada to explore recent trends and developments in business and finance, including client service, tax, marketing, cybersecurity preparedness, regulation compliance, workplace culture, and more.

In a hands-on session taking place Wednesday, August 21 at 3:30 p.m, Molly will guide participants through an interactive cybersecurity incident simulation, during which they will work in groups to practice responding to an evolving cybersecurity attack. The session will offer practical insights and takeaways that participants can implement in their own organizations’ cybersecurity preparedness planning.

Molly will also speak in a session on Thursday, August 22 at 9:30 a.m. titled “Lessons from a breach coach: effective preparation for the cybersecurity risk landscape”. The session will explore current cybersecurity trends and discuss how to prepare for and mitigate cyber risks.
