CBA Dispute Resolution Online Symposium: Mediation as a Critical Tool in the Legal Practice

Partner Michael Fortier will speak at the first session of the 2024 Canadian Bar Association’s Dispute Resolution Online Symposium.

Under the theme “Access to Justice,” the session will kick-off the one-day event by exploring the vital role that mediation plays in delivering justice and achieving peaceful resolution, particularly when working with equity-seeking groups such as refugees and Indigenous peoples.
