Toronto-based partners Mark Bain and Valerie Helbronner will both speak at the 31st Annual CCPPP Conference.
Valerie will moderate the breakout session titled “First Nations Partnerships and the Future of Infrastructure Delivery” on November 13 at 4:30 p.m. In this session, Valerie will facilitate a discussion on the role First Nations across Canada are playing in defining the infrastructure development agenda of the country. The panel will discuss topic like equity ownership, and correcting the on-reserve infrastructure deficit.
Mark will facilitate a workshop at 1:55 p.m. on November 14 titled “Defining Progressive P3s”, in which he will lead a discussion into the issues impacting P3s in Canadian infrastructure. Participants will address a handful of questions that will help inform CCPPP policy objectives as it advocates for change in the sector, reflective of current market conditions.
