Partner Konata Lake will be a part of the faculty for the Private Capital Governance Program (Venture Capital Cohort), presented by the Canadian Venture Capital and Private Equity Association (CVCA) in partnership with Institute for Corporate Directors. The blended-learning program will provide VC investors, independents, and CEOs with the resources and tools to make an impact on the boards they serve.
The program will be delivered across platforms. The virtual sessions will take place on April 12 and 19 between 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., and the in-person sessions will take place on April 26 and 27 between 9:00 a.m. and 6:30 p.m. The program will combine online learning with live online discussions, case analyses, and small group meetings with other Board Directors.
