Gemak and Trends in Summary Judgment in the Federal Courts

Partner Yael Bienenstock will speak at an Intellectual Property Institute of Canada (IPIC) webinar on December 14.

The session will look at two recent court cases and their implications around summary judgement. Specifically, Yael and her fellow panelists will address these trends and issues in patent matters, including what effect any potential culture shift is having on summary judgement, at what point issues of credibility preclude summary judgement, and what the future holds.
