White collar investigations are usually triggered by evidence of employee wrongdoing. The investigatory findings can have negative implications for a business and its employees, which can include regulatory proceedings and civil litigation. The process of an investigation can be a point of contention, and even a potential source of liability.
In this session, we will address recent case law which shines a light on process flaws that can undermine the reliability of an investigation report, and we will provide a blueprint for avoiding exposure and liability.
This session will be presented in English.
