ILPA private equity legal conference

Private Equity partner Amy Johnson-Spina will speak at ILPA’s annual private equity legal conference on October 14 and 15. The conference will discuss legal matters in the private equity industry, as well as ILPA’s new Model LPA, and discussions on terms and negotiation strategies, tax issues and more.

Amy and the other panelists will present on the panel titled “alignment, conflicts of interest and fiduciary obligations in 2020” at 12:00 p.m. on October 14. The panelists will talk about the role of the limited partner advisory committee in clearing conflicts and situations where conflicts may arise, including co-investment, fees and expenses and affiliate transactions among others.
