While medical use of cannabis is legal in Canada, draft federal legislation will soon be introduced to make recreational use of cannabis legal in Canada. We invite you to join us for a panel discussion on current and proposed state of cannabis laws in Canada. Preparing for legalization, the recommendations of the Task Force on Cannabis Legalization and Regulation, cross-border issues, criminal law overlay and other key considerations facing corporations, will be addressed.
