On December 12, Torys hosted a private cooking and dining event for our articling students and their significant others through the St. Lawrence Market Cooking Class.
The students put their legal skills to the side for the night, channeling their inner foodies to whip up a four course meal, all while working together and enjoying a unique hands-on learning experience. The final product featured dishes such as seared beef tenderloin with roasted squash and sage risotto, and apple strudel with vanilla whipped cream for dessert.
