Torys is pleased to announce the 2012 finalists for the Canada’s Passion Capitalists awards program.
Based on the best-selling book Passion Capital by Paul Alofs, Canada's Passion Capitalists is a national awards program that celebrates Canadian organizations that have achieved long-term success by creating passion capital: the energy, intensity and sustainability needed to generate superior results. Torys is proud to be a sponsor of the inaugural Canada’s Passion Capitalists awards.
"The 2012 finalists are leading public, private and not-for-profit organizations that live and breathe the seven principles of passion capital — creed, culture, courage, brand, resources, strategy and persistence — across every aspect of their organizations," said Paul Alofs, president and CEO of Princess Margaret Hospital Foundation.
To celebrate the finalists’ accomplishments, five award galas will take place nationally on November 5, 2012. From the list of 28 finalists, 10 winners will be announced and awarded the distinction of Canada's Passion Capitalists live on BNN on November 9 and profiled in the National Post on November 10, 2012.
