On November 17, in his capacity as chair of the Association of Canadian Pension Management's (ACPM) Advocacy and Government Relations Committee, Mitch Frazer appeared before the Ontario government's Standing Committee on Finance and Economic Affairs as part of the committee's hearings on Bill 120, An Act to amend the Pension Benefits Act and the Pension Benefits Amendment Act, 2010. He discussed plan expenses and contribution holidays.
"Bill 120 is an important piece of legislation," says Mitch. "It is the second phase of the Ontario government's long-awaited pension reform program."
The ACPM is the informed voice of Canadian pension plan sponsors, administrators and their allied services providers.
