Adam Delean, Michael Feldman and Blair Keefe are superb leaders in banking and finance, says Chambers Global

  • Adam Delean practises in the fields of commercial banking, merchant banking and structured finance. This year, Adam represented Bell Globemedia in its new senior secured credit facilities led by TD Bank and also acted for Sears Canada on its senior credit facilities led by Scotiabank.
  • Michael Feldman deals mainly with capital markets, structured finance and securitization. Both lawyers worked on the acquisition of Hertz from Ford--the largest leveraged buyout in the United States since 1989--advising a private equity consortium on a revolving international credit facility and an asset-based loan facility.
  • Blair Keefe is “the best in Canada for regulatory work and financial services.” He represents several large banks, insurance companies and other financial institutions and has assisted with a plethora of legislative amendments in the regulatory arena.
