Torys welcomes new partner Kerri Lui

Torys is pleased to welcome Kerri Lui to the firm, who joins as a corporate partner in the Toronto office. Kerri will work closely with the Infrastructure and Energy group, drawing on her extensive experience advising clients across the infrastructure, energy and project development sectors.

Kerri maintains a broad corporate transactional practice with a particular focus on projects in the energy and infrastructure sectors. She advises acquirers, investors, developers, and joint ventures on mergers and acquisitions, project development, corporate governance matters, and strategic commercial arrangements. She also has significant experience advising financial institutions and borrowers on secured lending and project finance transactions, including complex syndicated and cross-border mandates.

Recognized by Chambers Canada and Lexpert for her work in energy and infrastructure, Kerri has advised on many significant projects and transactions in Canada and internationally, bringing deep industry knowledge and practical commercial insight to clients operating in evolving and capital-intensive sectors.
