Torys’ strength in patent law recognized by Managing IP

We are proud to share that partners Andrew Bernstein, Yael Bienenstock, Ed Fan, Eileen McMahon and Andrew Shaughnessy have been recognized as 2025 IP Stars by Managing IP—a testament to our lawyers’ deep experience and strength in all aspects of intellectual property law.

Andrew Bernstein, Ed Fan and Andrew Shaughnessy were named as Patent Stars, while Yael Bienenstock was named as a Patent Star and Trademark Star for 2025.

In addition to being named a Patent Star and Trademark Star, Eileen McMahon was recognized as one of the Top 250 Women in IP in 2025, marking the ninth consecutive year that she has received this recognition.
