Karrin Powys-Lybbe named a Fellow in The American College of Governance Counsel

The American College of Governance Counsel is a professional, educational, and honorary association of lawyers widely recognized for their achievements in the field of governance. All Fellows are selected to join the College based on their deep knowledge and professionalism in corporate governance, as well as their commitment to the advancement of governance practice through both professional and thought leadership activities.

As co-head of Torys’ M&A practice, Karrin advises clients on some of the most sophisticated and high-profile M&A and securities transactions in Canada. With a broad practice that spans mergers and acquisitions, securities law, corporate finance and corporate governance, Karrin is rigorous, innovative and strategic in her approach, securing her position as a long-time trusted advisor to many prominent clients.
