Jeremy Opolsky named in Benchmark Litigation's 40 and Under list

Torys is excited to announce litigation partner Jeremy Opolsky has been named in Benchmark Litigation’s Canada 40 and Under list.

A member of the litigation practice based in Toronto, Jeremy works with clients to manage their challenging and often complex cases, offering sophisticated dispute strategy and advocacy. Earlier in his legal career, Jeremy was a Law Clerk to former Supreme Court Justice Abella.

Jeremy’s practice focuses on business law disputes, insolvency litigation and public law matters, and he routinely represents clients on the Commercial List in a wide range of disputes. He is an experienced appellate lawyer and has appeared numerous times in Division Court, Courts of Appeal of Ontario and the Supreme Court of Canada.
