Torys’ New York office is excited to welcome Erica Goldman, who joins the firm on April 17 as partner in the litigation department.
Erica brings extensive expertise in consumer finance litigation, class action defense, bankruptcy litigation, real estate litigation, commercial contract disputes, business litigation, and state and federal appellate litigation.
She has significant experience in federal and state courts both at the trial and appellate levels, as well as in bankruptcy proceedings. In addition to her in-depth litigation experience, Erica handles pre-litigation advice, investigation, and due diligence, and counsels her clients on various commercial contract and business tort matters with a focus on risk mitigation and dispute preparedness.
