Torys is excited to announce the Clackamas County Circuit Courthouse project, on which the firm advised, was named winner of the North America Social Infrastructure Deal of the Year at the IJGlobal awards.
Torys acted as counsel to Fengate PCL Progress Partners (Fengate Capital/PCL Investments) as the successful proponent for the US$294.5 million Clackamas County Circuit Courthouse PPP project to design, build, finance, operate and maintain a new courthouse in Clackamas County, Oregon.
