Mark Bain begins fifth consecutive year as chair of the CCPPP

Torys would like to congratulate Mark Bain reelection Chair of The Canadian Council for Public-Private Partnerships (CCPPP) for the fifth consecutive year.

Mark—who is the head of the firm’s Public-Private Partnerships (PPP) practice, and co-head of the firm’s Infrastructure and Energy practice—has been on the CCPPP board of directors since 2000. Mark has advised on major capital projects across Canada, including over 80 significant PPP projects. His experience spans all fields, including complex and innovative PPP and infrastructure transactions in healthcare, power, transit, telecom, education, justice, gaming, water and wastewater, pipelines, public records and urban redevelopment.

Mark will lead a new 30-member board, which he says "includes a diverse mix of experts intimately involved in the infrastructure and public-private partnership sphere across Canada".

You can learn more about the announcement on the CCPPP's website.
