John Emanoilidis elected in American College of Governance Counsel 2021 Class of Fellows

We are pleased to announce that partner John Emanoilidis has been elected as a member of the American College of Governance Counsel’s 2021 Class of Fellows.

The American College of Governance Counsel is a professional, educational and honorary association organized to recognize distinguished corporate governance counsel in Canada and the United States. This College has elected 14 new Fellows in its class of 2021.

With a career spanning 22 years, John has developed a broad range of experience in complex M&A, transactional, securities, private equity, regulatory, governance, activism and compliance matters. He regularly advises companies, directors and shareholders on corporate governance, crisis management, activism, compliance and other critical situations.
