Cheryl Reicin and Eileen McMahon awarded at the 2019 Life Sciences Awards

During the seventh annual LMG Life Sciences Awards, legal professionals and firms across North America were awarded for their innovative and challenging life sciences work over the past year. Partners Cheryl Reicin and Eileen McMahon were both recognized as leading practitioners in the life sciences industry.

Cheryl Reicin was presented as the winner of the Financial & Corporate Attorney of the Year award in Canada. Cheryl is the practice leader of Torys’ Life Science Group and represents a whole spectrum of biotech, medical device and health technology companies, from start-ups to large public companies.

Eileen McMahon was presented as the winner of the Canadian Patent Non-Contentious Attorney of the Year award. Eileen is the Chair of Torys’ Intellectual Property and Food and Drug Regulatory Practices. She is the only lawyer to be ranked in Band 1 nationwide in Canada by Chambers for Life Sciences law.
