Torys receives award for Corporate/Strategic Deal of the Year for RhythmOne acquisition of YuMe Inc.

Torys has been awarded the Corporate/Strategic Deal of the Year (over $100 million to $250 million) in the 11th Annual International M&A Awards for our representation of RhythmOne in its acquisition of YuMe Inc.

A Torys team comprising of M&A lawyers John Emanoilidis, Mile Kurta, Michael Horwtiz and Giancarlo Ruscio, tax lawyers David Mattingly and Ari Feder and anti-trust lawyer Chris Caparelli worked on the deal.
