On February 10, 2026, Integral Consulting Inc. (“Integral”) announced its acquisition of H. T. Harvey & Associates (“H. T. Harvey”). The acquisition advances Integral's long-term strategy to expand its ecological consulting and regulatory compliance capabilities while strengthening its presence in one of the nation's largest and most active environmental services markets.
