AAPC expands technology solutions portfolio with the acquisition of Semantic Health

On November 16, 2023, American Academy Holdings, LLC, doing business as AAPC, announced the successful acquisition of Semantic Health Inc. (“Semantic Health”), an early-stage healthcare technology company focused on creating AI-powered inpatient medical auditing software for health insurance plans and hospitals.
