ONCAP to partner with ILAC

On August 15, 2019, ONCAP announced it reached an agreement to partner with the International Language Academy of Canada ("ILAC"), the largest private English language school in Canada with campuses in Toronto and Vancouver. The investment, will be made by ONCAP IV, Onex Corporation's C$1.1 billion fund. The terms of the transaction are not being disclosed.
