Highway 407
Since 2006, Torys has acted for 407 ETR Concession Company, and its parent comapny 407 International, as lead adviser on finance, technology contracting, real estate, infrastructure, privacy and general corporate matters, including on over C$6.1 billion of notes offered under its medium term notes program.
407 ETR is the operator and manager of Highway 407—the world's first all-electronic, open-access toll highway—that runs 108 km across the top of the Greater Toronto Area, from Burlington to Pickering.

Province of Ontario, as a member of the DPKT Consortium, in the privatization of options for the Highway 407, a 108 km express toll route spanning the Greater Toronto Area, from Burlington to Pickering
- the lenders to 407E Infrastructure Group (SNC-Lavalin/AECON Group/Miller Paving), a shortlisted proponent for the Highway 407 East Phase 2 PPP project to design, build, finance and maintain the expansion of Highway 407 from Harmony Road in Oshawa, Ontario to Highway 35/115 in Clarington, Ontario
