Trillium Health Centre Redevelopment
Torys partner Tara Mackay acted as counsel to EllisDon as the successful proponent for the C$104.1 million Trillium Health Centre Redevelopment PPP project to build and finance the expansion and redevelopment of the Trillium Health Centre's campuses in Mississauga and West Toronto.

In total, the combined project included the construction of more than 196,004 square feet of new space and the renovation of 86,156 square feet of existing space.
The Mississauga (Credit Valley Hospital) project included
- a new cardiac catheterization lab
- an operating room for cardiac surgery
- additional cardiovascular intensive care beds
- additional coronary care beds
- diagnostic and support services for an increase of up to 135 inpatient beds
The West Toronto (Queensway Health Centre) project included
- the expansion of ambulatory surgical care facilities
- the redevelopment and expansion of the Urgent Care Centre
- the creation of a cancer detection and treatment facility
- the creation of healing gardens
- the expansion of a new South entrance
