Overview
Meghan McKeever’s practice focuses on corporate law, in the area of mergers and acquisitions and private equity. She has experience advising private equity firms and pension plans in corporate transactions across a wide range of industries, including management and leveraged buyouts, majority and minority equity investments, consortium transactions and co-investments, divestitures, joint ventures, shareholders arrangements and transaction structuring.

Community
Meghan’s pro bono work includes representing clients seeking asylum in the United States on the basis of sexual orientation. She serves on the Leadership Council of Stonewall Quarter Share, an initiative of New York City’s Stonewall Community Foundation. While in law school, Meghan was a member of the Fordham Urban Law Journal, editor for the Brendan Moore Advocates Trial Advocacy Team, and an executive board member of Fordham OUTLaws, the school’s LGBT student association.
