Sarah brings nearly a decade of experience in the energy sector to her legal practice, having held progressive roles in land acquisition, project management and stakeholder relations prior to attending law school. Her work involved direct engagement with a wide range of stakeholders including landowners, Indigenous groups, joint venture partners and regulatory bodies. She also contributed to major corporate M&A transactions valued between $93 million and $1.53 billion. Over her tenure, Sarah facilitated the acquisition and execution of more than 1,200 capital projects in the upstream oil and gas sector.
