Adam Armstrong is the coordinator of the firm's Corporate Department, head of the Technology Contracting Practice, and co-head of the Payments and Cards Practice. His practice focuses on technology licensing and outsourcing, and corporate/securities law. On the technology aspect of his practice, Adam advises clients on outsourcing transactions and licensing and conveyancing of hardware, software and other intellectual property. On the corporate/securities side, Adam focuses on public and private financing (including initial public offerings), shareholder arrangements, and mergers and acquisitions.
