Capital Markets Adjudicators’ Policy Forum

Partner and co-head of Tory’s M&A practice Karrin Powys-Lybbe will speak at the Capital Markets Tribunal (Ontario) Capital Markets Adjudicators’ Policy Forum on October 30. This virtual forum will explore emerging issues in the capital markets. Karrin will speak on the panel “Take-over bids and shareholder rights” at 1:30 p.m.
