Omar will speak on the panel “Merger control: navigating the evolving regulatory landscape and how geopolitical considerations and new instruments are impacting deals” on June 13 at 11:00 a.m. The panel will discuss regulatory challenges arising from political leadership and global trade tensions, focusing on enforcement and predictability, and explore strategies on how companies can effectively address these issues.
