Litigation partner Andrew Bernstein will be speaking at the Ontario Bar Association’s Institute on February 5. The session will talk about the consequences of misinformation and disinformation and, how media and communications law respond to these challenges.
Andrew will speak on “A lawyer’s toolkit for dealing with the fake news client”, and will discuss topics such as how to respond to fake news, legal strategies to minimize the impact, dealing with intermediaries, and more.
