On November 17, 2021, Northleaf Capital Partners (“Northleaf”) announced the launch of a new US$800 million open-end infrastructure investment fund, Northleaf Essential Infrastructure Fund (“NEIF”). NEIF, which offers enhanced liquidity options compared to traditional closed-end fund structures, is focused on building a diversified and growing portfolio of mature mid-market infrastructure investments with stable, long-term cash flows and lower risk profiles.
