Scotiabank scores as the official partner of CONCACAF
On December 09, 2014, Scotiabank announced that it became the Official Bank of the Confederation of North, Central America and Caribbean Association Football (CONCACAF), and the league's first official partner.
The multi-year agreement also includes support for multiple CONCACAF youth tournaments including the 2016 Olympic qualifying events and the men's and women's under-20, under-17 and under-15 tournaments, starting with the CONCACAF Men's Under-20 championship kicking off in Jamaica in January 2015. The newly-named Scotiabank Champions League tournament will resume in February of 2015.
CONCACAF is one of the six continental confederations of FIFA, comprised of 41 national associations, including three regions—North and Central America and the Caribbean basin—in which it serves as the governing body of football.
Scotiabank is a leading financial services provider in over 55 countries and Canada's most international bank.
