Sarah’s practice focuses on corporate law, with an emphasis on private equity and mergers and acquisitions. She has experience acting for targets and acquirors in domestic and cross-border mergers, acquisitions and divestitures.

Sarah has represented some of Canada’s largest private equity firms and financial institutions on a wide range of investment activities. She has also advised clients with respect to structuring, negotiating and investing in private market funds.
