The BC Critical Minerals Forum

Partner and co-head of Torys’ Indigenous practice Valerie Helbronner will speak at The BC Critical Minerals Forum taking place April 14–15 in Vancouver. The forum will bring together leaders in mining, finance, government, and First Nations to examine the opportunities, challenges, and strategic actions needed to advance critical mineral development and strengthen a resilient, secure, and competitive supply chain.

Valerie will speak on the panel “Indigenous-Led Models for Critical Minerals Project Certainty” on April 14 at 4:05 p.m. The panel will explore how reconciliation‑driven models are shaping critical minerals development in BC and their implications for First Nations, mining companies, and investors.
