2025 New York Arbitration Week

Counsel Ryan Lax will speak at 2025 New York Arbitration Week taking place November 17-21 in New York. The conference brings together practitioners, academics, and institutions to explore trends and challenges in international arbitration and dispute resolution. This year’s theme focuses on identifying the fundamental principles that promote legitimacy, transparency, diversity, efficiency, and sustainability in arbitration.

Ryan will speak on the panel “Wind farm disputes: global perspectives” on November 20 at 4:30 p.m. The panel will examine the complexities of onshore and offshore wind farm projects, their growing global presence, and the dispute resolution mechanisms commonly used to address related challenges.
