Grant will moderate a session at 4:00 p.m. titled, “Attempts to Rebrand Product Liability Claims is the Real Nuisance Here: Public Nuisance, The New Product Liability Super Tort.” The presentation will dive into the origin of public nuisance liability theory, explore where this theory stands today, and share predictions on where it could be headed next.
