Breakfast With Appeal: The “October? Already?!” edition
The breakfast might be your 12-year-old’s failed pumpkin spice muffin recipe (they tried!), but the appeal is the same: a discussion about the law you want to know about.
In our fall instalment of BWA, the usual suspects will discuss:
- Vaccine exemptions on non-religious, non-medical grounds: do we have to accommodate?
- “Reverse” class actions in the Federal Court of Appeal.
The BWA panel will be joined by two special guests for this session. Our colleague Ryan Lax will discuss the Supreme Court’s Southwind decision and the Crown’s fiduciary duty to Indigenous Peoples, and The Honourable Frank Iacobucci will join to discuss his work on Indigenous issues.
