Update: Fraudulent letters claiming to be from Torys

A number of fraudulent letters have recently been reported to the firm by members of the public in both Canada and U.S., purporting to be from Torys regarding an unclaimed insurance payment.

These letters are not legitimate and do not originate from Torys.

If you receive one of these letters, please do not reply or communicate with the sender. We encourage you to report this attempted fraud to the Canadian Anti-Fraud Center at: http://www.antifraudcentre-centreantifraude.ca/index-eng.htm.
